Farms, Land and Developments

Secured on farm houses where the land is used for commercial purposes and 40% or less of the total site is used as the borrowers living accommodation.

Land with or without planning is accepted as security including where there is an agricultural tie.

Developments are looked at on a case-by-case basis either to assist the land purchase or to provide funding to complete the build.

Equestrian centres and woodlands are also considered as security for funding purposes.

Adverse Credit Borrowers

Whatever the circumstances for a borrower having adverse credit issues, as long as we are told the reasons why and the credit problems are historic and not something that is occurring on a week by week basis we will give serious consideration to any requests for funding.  We can also provide funds where assets are being bought from a receiver or a bankruptcy order, CVA or IVA is being paid off, or a tax or vat bill needs paying urgently.
