Our business philosophy is simple.  We endeavour in all cases to give our customers a reliable and realistic service that can make the complex nature of raising finance a less stressful experience.  Each and every enquiry we receive is reviewed on its own merits.  We come to an honest conclusion as to what level of borrowing is possible and affordable, with the rate of interest based on the clients status, equity available in the security and affordability.

We do everything possible to provide our borrowers with the finance they require as quickly as possible.  In today's business community our lending arm and ourselves believe past problems should not prevent companies and individuals from putting the past behind them and move forward with building and establishing successful and profitable businesses.

The Company

Bridgewater Commercial Finance is a trading name of Bridgewater Commercial Finance (GRP) Ltd established to provide bridging loans and long term commercial loans for business people with a good credit history and those who cannot obtain finance from the banks or chose not to apply.  We have our own funding criteria provided by our lending arm and other associates which we underwrite and process each loan to.  We will give you an immediate decision In Principle based on the initial information provided with a formal offer being issued on agreed loans once a satisfactory valuation has been completed and all requested information has been provided.

In a lot of cases if Bridgewater cannot provide the funds required then generally it is unlikely the borrower will be able to raise the finance elsewhere.  With a busy and vibrant office our personnel are always pleased to hear from prospective customers and are happy to talk through your requirements prior to any application forms being completed or valuations being paid for.  What we won't do is offer any customer advice with regards to their finance requirements a mortgage broker or financial advisor, accountant or solicitor can do that.  We provide all customers with the best possible terms subject to their status and provide the funds quickly.
